Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Problems with your order
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days at hello@scenovia.shop.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the damage or fault
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
