SCENOVIA is an online store based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We ship solar outdoor lights and scented candles to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $99 across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges for orders below AUD $99 are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast on business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, excluding Queensland public holidays and unusually busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may vary for regional locations or during peak periods.

New Zealand orders

New Zealand orders can be placed directly through our online checkout where delivery is available for the selected products. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by New Zealand authorities are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email hello@scenovia.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Returns

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for unused items in their original packaging and resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by our store policies.
